Understanding consumer mindset and behaviour during his/her purchase cycle of something as basic as toilet rolls or tissue paper was indeed a very interesting exercise for us at DesignAnswers.

As designers, one is often surprised at the insights one starts thinking of in areas which are pretty much blind spots in our lives. When KC India came to us with the requirement to revamp Scott Tissues for the very evolved India market, we were super excited to deliver something that of course cued the category codes but also made for a pleasing purchase at the grocery store.
