Design for Social Cause. Creating impact through meaningful design
The Palash Project is a classic example of a branding project which doesn’t just stop at the logo, instead it imagines the universe and purpose of the initiative by Kempegowda International Airport Foundation. DesignAnswers was entrusted with the task of giving life to the Palash Project – from naming, concept, defining purpose, curating experiences and merchandise that would define the soul of this initiative and also give wings to the programme. Through this project, the foundation by Bangalore International Airport Ltd, aims to support local communities, educate young minds and build a better tomorrow. The Palash Project brings together people and organisations to come forward and contribute in numerous ways.

Design for Social Cause.


Inspired by the Palash flower, commonly known as the flame of the forest and associated with creativity and knowledge, this flower is used to worship Goddess Saraswati (wisdom).

With a range of merchandise and experiences in the pipeline, the aim was to translate the art of the children into meaningful products.
