With over 17+ years experience in design, Praneeta Kumar Shringi, Co-Founder of DesignAnswers, Gurgaon, has had the opportunity to not only build several brands with start-ups and D2C focused organisations but also leverage tech to deliver solutions to various MNCs and the large corporate houses of India. Her background in design when juxtaposed with strategic business objectives, helps in developing insightful creative strategies, managing projects and inspiring teams. Praneeta uses design thinking as a go-to-tool when curating solutions for clients, applications of which she was exposed to while in Parsons, New York and Politecnico, Milan. This has helped her build an organisation that looks at design solutions more holistically with both short-term and long-term goals. Having done her under-grad at Srishti School of Art, Design & Technology Bangalore, she is forever grateful to her faculty there for giving her a solid foundation in art and design.

With over 16+ years of experience in the design industry, Hitesh has that rare ability of being able to come up with a myriad of ideas no matter what he is working on. He has a knack of conjuring absolutely fresh ideas with each project, guaranteeing different solutions to suit the highly diverse needs of our clients. A master of his crafts, Hitesh has a vast experience in environment graphics, signage, print design, product, packaging, exhibition, event design, and photography. His love for wildlife, rustic beauty and raw nature helps teams re-imagine solutions from the stereotype concrete world.
